Refund & Payment Policy

This Refund & Payment Policy applies to all purchases made through https://www.10scan.com and governs the sale of software licenses, renewals, credits, scanners, and related services provided by TenScan LLC (“10Scan,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
1. Business-to-Business Transactions Only
All transactions are B2B transactions conducted with licensed businesses. 10Scan does not offer consumer products or services, and no consumer refund rights are implied.
2. Software License Fees
All software-related fees are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
One-time licensing fees
Annual renewal fees
Subscription or plan fees
Upgrade or downgrade fees
Once software access, credentials, or licenses are provisioned, no refunds will be issued.
3. Credits
Purchased credits are non-refundable and non-transferable
Unused credits have no cash value
Promotional or free credits expire as stated and do not roll over unless expressly provided in writing
4. Retail and Unlimited Plans
Fees paid for Retail or Unlimited plans are non-refundable
Termination or suspension of service, for any reason, does not entitle the customer to a refund or proration
5. Scanner Purchases and Rentals
Scanner purchases are final and non-refundable once shipped or delivered
Rental fees already paid are non-refundable
Customers are responsible for loss, theft, or damage beyond normal wear and are liable for replacement costs
6. Payment Processing and Chargebacks
Payments are processed through third-party processors, including Authorize.net. By purchasing, you authorize 10Scan to charge applicable fees using your selected payment method.
Unauthorized chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversals may result in:
Immediate suspension or termination of licenses
Loss of access to the software
Additional administrative or recovery fees
7. No Guarantees
10Scan does not guarantee regulatory approval, government acceptance, business outcomes, or suitability of the software for any particular purpose. Payment obligations are independent of software usage or outcomes.
8. Exceptions
Refunds will be issued only if required by applicable law, and solely to the extent required. Any such refund shall be limited to the minimum amount required by law.
9. Policy Changes
10Scan reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to the website.
