Windows PC/Tablet - Touch screen Tablet recommended, x86 or x64 Intel/AMD CPU required, NO ARM OR SNAPDRAGON Windows 10 or 11, Core i5 or better, 8GB RAM, 500GB of available storage. We can also provide you the tablet for additional cost. Pen/Signature Pad required, available for purchase. Tablet stand recommended.
Most dealers reuse the same tablet/PC they use for their electronic 4473 or range software. MUST BE WINDOWS BASED. -
Licensing requirements
Dealer must be an FFL and have a valid FFL license unless live scanning for non NFA purposes only.

Yes the software generates an electronic fingerprint file (EFT) necessary for submission via ATF eForms and assists you in completing the forms quickly, easily, and accurately all in one place! It even auto-fills the customer entered data as well as CLEO.

Can I convert from FD-258 ink to EFT?
Yes the software allows you to import, crop and convert a FD-258 ink fingerprint card to a valid EFT necessary for NFA eForms.

Does the software come with an FFL NFA Kiosk?
The software itself is a kiosk! It uses a FBI certified scanner, a PC or touch screen tablet and comes with all the necessary tools + more to make it as easy as possible to quickly process and complete ATF eForms.

How do 10Scan credits work?
Credits are used to generate EFTs with the 10Scan software. Basic and Retail plans require purchasing credits ($10 each), with the Retail plan providing 5 free credits every 30 days that do not roll over. Unlimited plan users do not need credits, and all users are responsible for verifying their data before using a credit.
